Pressure Hydraulics Ltd. had been trading in Ireland since 1981, and in 1996 Pressure Hydraulics Controls was established. Originally part of the multi-location organisation, Pressure Hydraulics & Controls became an independent company in 2011 to strengthen its position in the market and to offer a better service to its customers. Pressure Hydraulics & Controls are now becoming established in China and Canada to develop their long-term goal of being a key player in the hydraulic and controls global market.
Today Pressure Hydraulics & Controls is Ireland’s leader in Industrial Hydraulics and Mobile Hydraulics services, and supplier of hydraulic valves, pumps and filters to the industrial, mobile, medical, pharmaceutical, defence, power generation, oil and gas, fishing, marine, mining, forestry and agriculture sectors.
With their Accounts and Engineering workshop in their head office facility in Carlow, workshop and distribution facility in Little Island, Cork, and office in Dungannon, Pressure Hydraulics & Controls offer fast, economical repairs to pumps, motors and cylinders along with the design and manufacture of hydraulic power packs.
Pressure Hydraulics & Controls are the Irish sales partners for Hydraulic equipment suppliers Rexroth, Moog, Hydac, Danfoss, SKF / Lincoln, Pall and Voss Larga, all of which are considered the world specialists in their fields of hydraulics. Together with these sales partners, Pressure Hydraulics & Controls can offer the complete package from Technical Training, hydraulic system design to onsite installation and commissioning.
Pressure Hydraulics & Controls manufacture power packs from the one-off unit for bespoke projects to large quantities for the OEM market, the power units are used for a variety of applications in the Irish market and are also exported worldwide.

This manual, prepared by Pressure Hydraulics & Controls management, sets out the broad parameters within which Pressure Hydraulics & Controls intend to operate its business. To ensure that Pressure Hydraulics & Controls can provide the highest service and quality to its customers all their employees are required to have the expertise in the appropriate process, training is therefore provided where and when required.
Quality Policy Statement
The scope of Pressure Hydraulics & Controls is to supply hydraulic valves, pumps and filters to the Industrial and mobile markets from their sales partners, to service and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders, to manufacture bespoke and large volume power packs, to design and commission hydraulic installations, to provide technical training on hydraulic topics, to meet the customers’ requirements and specifications in all respects.
In order to accomplish its objectives Pressure Hydraulics & Controls has established and committed to maintain and implement efficient processes and procedures for all activates, which are based on BS EN ISO 9001: 2015: Quality Management System.
The Quality Assurance procedures define functional responsibilities and essential criteria associated with the company’s products, services and workshop facilities.
The Quality Management representative through the authority of the Pressure Hydraulics & Controls senior management is responsible for the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the documented systems and procedures to ensure compliance with this quality policy, customer’s requirements and required national and international standards.
All Pressure Hydraulics & Controls employees have been made aware of this policy and have been fully trained in all aspects of their particular job which may affect product quality.
In order that policies continue to be understood and maintained, managers will remind their staff of their particular responsibilities within the quality system whenever a change occurs or at least every management review.
It is Pressure Hydraulics & Controls aim to consistently provide a QUALITY PRODUCT by:
- Fully understanding its customer requirements.
